Hi, I’m Catalina Guiot, a Pilates instructor and online coach.

Fitness has been a part of my life for more than 10 years. Throughout this journey, I discovered that training is not only about changing your body, but about building habits that truly transform your lifestyle. Through Pilates and strength training, I found a balanced approach that helped me develop discipline, wellness, and a healthier relationship with my body.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to guide many people in creating healthier routines, improving their nutrition, and learning to see training as a natural part of their daily life.

My mission is to help you build sustainable habits so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more confident while becoming the best version of yourself from the inside out.
